margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">自12月10日以来，我市气温出现断崖式下跌，开启了入冬以来历年少有的“冰冻”模式。为做好中心城区今冬供暖工作，围绕供热“一盘棋、一体化、一张网、一调度”的总要求，运城市热力有限公司、运城晋建热电有限公司、运城市绿港热力有限公司、运城关铝热电有限公司成立今冬供暖领导组，统一指挥、科学调度今冬供热保障工作。</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">冬季供暖工作涉及千家万户，事关群众身心冷暖，是重要的民生工程和民心工程。为落实好供热保障工作，供暖领导组建立统一调度热源和保供保热工作机制，制定中心城区冬季供热实施方案，并组建应急队伍。各供热企业要根据供热方案，压实各方责任、细化防范措施，全力做好极端天气的应对准备和服务保障工作，确保中心城区各项供热保障工作有序开展。</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">市热力有限公司相关负责人表示，截至目前，煤炭储备量达38万吨，可保证中心城区集中供热1个月的生产需求。此外，根据气温变化和热量需求，城东的秋钰热力已于15日晚8时开始运行，城西的凤源热力当前正做运行准备，预计16日晚9时开始运行，2个调峰热源启动后，加上满负荷运行的4台热电机组，届时每小时可供热3700吉焦，全力满足极寒天气下市民的供热需求。</p><section class=\"_135editor\" data-tools=\"135编辑器\" data-id=\"135769\"><section style=\"margin: 10px auto; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">在供热设施安全运行方面，该公司加强对供热一网、阀门井室、机械电气设备等管网设施的日巡夜查频次，并对易出故障、使用频率较高的重要设施设备加强值守，管线部、各运营分公司、各调峰热源也加强辖区供热系统监管、巡检，确保发现安全隐患第一时间处置，保障供热设备处于良好状态。</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">此外，还结合各辖区实际情况，成立冬季供热指挥中心，下设煤炭组、物供组、调度中心、安全运行组、巡线组、抢修组、供热上门服务组等，明确责任分工，有序开展供热保障工作。</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">为打通供热服务“最后一公里”，该公司以各换热站为中心，推行网格化管理。针对不同片区，实行责任到人，并公布中心城区集中供热各站点服务人员名单和联系方式，若用户在供热方面有问题咨询，可就近联系片区工作人员，坚守在供热区域的一线服务人员会第一时间上门处置，及时恢复供热。</p>",
