font-size: 16px;            text-decoration-thickness: initial;   text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;\">“这几年，县社区服务中心每年6月都要召开契约共建工作推进会，公布各驻社区共建单位所在社区当年的居民需求清单和去年的实事清单。今年我们没有等上级安排，就及早深入社区进行对接，签订共建服务协议，认领了力所能及的这两件具体任务，并已抓紧落实。”该县招商投资促进中心副主任程建利介绍，“共建协议，这可不是一般的党建责任状。每次签约时，社区居民代表、小区负责人等共同见证，事后还时不时有见证方仔细过问、年底还要进行双向评价，真是‘一诺千金’呀！”</p><p style=\"max-inline-size: 100%; font-size: 16px;            text-decoration-thickness: initial;   text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;\">原家庄社区所辖的金谷苑小区，一度缺乏健身设施，群众反映强烈。去年7月，县招投中心对照需求清单签订共建协议、领办该项任务后，千方百计寻找政策支持，为该小区争取到了体育事业专项资金项目，在占地面积300多平方米的广场上安装6组健身器材。记者看到，原本空荡荡的广场上，漫步机、太极揉推器、腰背按摩器等适合各个年龄段的健身器材应有尽有，这个“家门口”的健身房名副其实，成为小区群众的热门打卡点。</p><p style=\"max-inline-size: 100%;
