line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">“以前，只能在城里打零工，收入不高。现在，村里招商引进了织布厂，不用出村每月就能挣2000多元，家里生活改善不少，心情也舒畅。”在织布车间，53岁的刘翠荣手中梭子来回穿梭，话语里满是踏实与喜悦。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">在推进乡村振兴过程中，王夭村始终秉持“支部引路、党员带头、群众参与”的发展思路，以党建为引领，做强基础产业、激活传统手工艺，推动产业多元化发展。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">支部主动搭台，为产业发展注入动力。村党支部经多次调研考察，大胆探索招商引进织布厂，将分散纺织户组织起来，统一培训、统一销售。如今，村民不仅实现家门口就业，村集体经济得到充实，土布还通过电商平台销售到全国各地，成为王夭村的特色名片。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">王夭村的光伏基地里，企业负责人指导前来打工的村民对油牡丹进行田间除草，对光伏板进行清洁。“像这样的光伏企业，在王夭村有3家。企业不仅支付土地租金，还优先雇佣当地村民，村集体经济靠着光伏产业实现了稳定增长。”王夭村党支部书记兼村委会主任贾彦刚说。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">光伏项目落地后，王夭村并未满足于“吃租子”，而是依托原有苹果种植基础，大力发展苹果示范园，拓展种植面积、更新品种，并投资建设现代化果品分拣包装中心。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">产业发展壮大的同时，王夭村紧扣市委打造文商融合旅游热点门户目标，依托临近县城和永乐宫景区的优势，利用村内闲置资源与自然风光，全力推动农文商旅深度融合。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">以国家级非遗永乐桃木雕刻为依托，王夭村先后招商引进原木实木家具、生漆制作、永乐版画、传统剪纸等10余个非遗项目，打造初具规模的非遗古村落，吸引游客前来研学交流。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">“每逢节假日，游客特别多。如何留住游客、为村里增添新收入，成为我们推动三产融合的新突破口。”贾彦刚说。为此，王夭村谋划利用废旧宅基地发展民宿经济，建设晋南民宿窑洞小院和农家小院，通过“村房短住”盘活闲置资产，带动村民增收。同时，建成集亲子娱乐与体能拓展于一体的乡村游乐场，彩虹滑道、水上乐园、攀爬网等设施一应俱全，每逢节假日便成为周边家庭休闲游玩的热门去处。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">近年来，王夭村把增强集体经济实力作为村庄治理的根基，把拓宽村民就业增收作为乡村振兴的关键，把和美乡村建设作为乡村治理的目标，一步一个脚印，让昔日的“贫困村”逐渐走向振兴。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">在推进党建引领基层治理中，王夭村将“平安”二字融入乡村发展每一处细节。化解矛盾纠纷方面，村里建立“党员联户+网格管理”机制，41起邻里纠纷在党员干部耐心调解下迎刃而解；村里还组建党员带头的安全巡查队，定期排查安全隐患，对老旧电路、燃气设施等重点领域进行全方位检查；完善防汛防灾应急预案并开展演练，筑牢村民生命财产安全防线。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em;\">乡村治理中，王夭村同样注重文明乡风培育。新时代文明实践站成为凝聚民心的“红色磁场”，理论宣讲用乡音传递党的声音，普法课堂以案例普及法治知识；“二月二”民俗文化活动锣鼓喧天，重阳敬老爱老活动温情涌动，传统节日唤醒集体记忆；165户“五星级文明户”评选树立向善标杆，移风易俗融入村规民约，让文明理念浸润家家户户。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;
