	"content":"<section class=\"_135editor\" data-role=\"paragraph\" id=\"newAircloud_editor_2.0.1\"><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\"><strong>运城日报讯</strong>（记者 邢智轩）为全面提升社区党组织书记的政治能力、履职本领和干事激情，推动城市基层党建各项工作落地落实，近日，盐湖区举办社区党组织书记履职能力提升培训班，为全区社区党组织“带头人”集中充电赋能。</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;\"><img src=\"https://ycxwoss.newaircloud.com/ycxw/pic/202603/18/5ed96c90-535b-4134-88e6-9f0cf98e97f7.jpg\" _src=\"https://ycxwoss.newaircloud.com/ycxw/pic/202603/18/5ed96c90-535b-4134-88e6-9f0cf98e97f7.jpg\" draggable=\"false\" style=\"max-width: 100%;\" alt=\"2963d756367ca59e93b00e5aacba3b0a.jpg\"></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\">本次培训紧扣社区工作实际需求，精心设置系列专题辅导课程，靶向补齐社区党组织书记履职能力短板，邀请市委党校讲师、各区直单位业务骨干授课，内容既涵盖党的二十届四中全会精神等政治理论学习，又围绕党建业务知识、志愿服务文化活动、基层矛盾纠纷化解等工作要点展开深度讲解。</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\">培训创新设置“书记讲堂”环节，通过“老中青”结合，邀请经验丰富的社区党组织书记走上讲台，结合自身工作实践，分享基层党建、基层治理、矛盾纠纷化解等方面的宝贵经验，让身边人讲身边事，身边事教身边人，鲜活的案例、实用的方法让参训书记深受启发。</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\">同时，培训还组织社区党组织书记赴四季绿城社区、禹都花园社区、鑫马·理想学府小区、馨悦小区4个党建工作示范点进行实地观摩，通过研学不同示范点的特色做法，在对比中找差距、在交流中拓思路，引导各社区对标先进、取长补短，推动全区城市基层党建工作整体提升、全面过硬。</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\">为期3天的专题培训，让社区党组织书记开阔了眼界、提升了素养。社区党组织书记们纷纷表示，要全力将学习的内容消化好、运用好、转化好，努力把学习成果转化为推动新时代党建引领基层治理示范区创建的生动实践。</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(127, 127, 127);\">图片来源：盐湖组工</span></p></section>",
