line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">这些年跑在黄河岸畔，临猗融媒体记者齐宝对这样的清晨并不陌生。“一到这个时节，滩上就忙起来了。”近日，记者和齐宝走进临猗县角杯镇潘西村黄河滩养殖现场，探访这场正在水面上展开的“春耕”。3月22日，这一幕也被中央广播电视总台财经频道报道。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">“脚下是黄河滩，眼前是‘水上春耕’。”现场采访时，齐宝这样开场。顺着他的视线望去，潘西村的蟹塘水光微动，蟹农们已经下塘起笼。弯腰、提笼、倒苗，一气呵成，细密的水花在晨光中散开，蟹苗被迅速汇入水桶，几乎没有多余动作。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">“这种面对面的信任，比任何推介都更直接。”齐宝告诉记者，这样的场景并不陌生，但今年有了不一样的意味——“以前更多是养成蟹，现在连苗种都能自己育了。”</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">变化，就在水下悄然发生。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">依托黄河水源和滩涂条件，临猗正加快推进蟹苗本地化繁育。今年，高之万拿出180亩蟹塘专门育苗，亩产优质蟹苗可达250公斤，品质与成活率均达到外销标准。“在黄河边长出来的苗，更有劲、更耐折腾。”技术员的说法朴素却让人印象深刻。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">数据也让这种“感觉”变得具体——本地蟹苗长途运输成活率可达95%，进入南方养殖环节后成活率在85%以上。相比之下，南方蟹苗北上往往只有60%至70%的成活率。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">临近中午，第一批蟹苗装车起运。密封、加氧、装箱，车门关上的那一刻，水面又恢复了短暂的平静。有人抬头看了一眼远去的车，又低头继续起笼。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: justify;\">“这边刚出塘，那边就要入塘。”齐宝用这样一句话，串起了这条从黄河滩头延伸出去的产业链。与此同时，央视的镜头定格在这一幕：水在流动，苗在出发，人还在忙碌。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em;
