display: inline !important;\">记者 陈方斌 摄</span></span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">今春以来，夏县南大里乡党委积极探索农村基层党建新机制，在该乡10个村级党支部、810名党员中，灵活组建了60个“五+N”功能党小组。通过设岗定责、积分管理、示范带动等方式，激发广大党员参与村级事务的积极性，为农村经济社会发展注入了持久动力。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">为推动“把党小组建在村事上”活动走深走实，南大里乡率先在北大里村开展试点工作。北大里村党支部将39名党员划分为产业就业、三务监督、乡村建设、乡风文明、安全稳定、特色产业6个功能党小组，让党员变“无职”为“有责”，真正把力量凝聚在村事上。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">在北大里村，房前屋后堆积物整治曾是“老大难”问题。乡村建设党小组的党员逐户登门做动员，不到十天，村容村貌得到明显改善。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">邻里纠纷、婆媳矛盾，往往容易“小事拖大”。安全稳定党小组的党员闻讯即动，第一时间登门调解，把“不得了”的事化解为“大不了”的事。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">产业发展也有了“主心骨”。特色产业党小组通过实地调研，发展200亩玫瑰花，与原有的300亩北京菊连片打造，让“赏花经济”成为激活北大里村发展的新动能。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;
